        We had such an amazing event last time, we couldn’t resist having one more before summer ends.

          Tri-Art Preview at CRAFTED

          Come to CRAFTED, Saturday, September 7 from 1 to 2pm for a TriArt Fest preview. We will showcase a diverse dance performance drawn from the 19 companies featured in the SAN PEDRO ♥ TRI ART Festival. Peoples Place San Pedro brings audience participation with Jan Kain and members of one of San Pedro’s most popular dance schools. New this year is Maha and Company. Maha Afra performs from multiple cultures including Middle Eastern, Bollywood, Latino, and Afrocuban. Louise Reichlin/ LA Choreographers & Dancers, returns for their 6th year at the Festival with her nationally known company, featuring joyous modern and contemporary dance.


          This year the SAN PEDRO ♥ TRI ART Festival, is a free family event featuring dance, music & crafts is on Saturday & Sunday, September 21-22, 2013 at the Ports O’ Call Village, Special Events Dance Stage, 1199 Nagoya Way, San Pedro, CA 90731. See them here at Crafted first!!!

                Labor Day Weekend

                CRAFTED will have a booth aboard the USS IOWA for Labor Day Weekend, August 31 from 9am-5pm! We will be celebrating the American Worker with Go Country 105 FM. Bring the kids to play a game to win prize in the CRAFTED booth – plus check out the view of the beautiful LA Waterfront. Live music, plenty of delicious food and community booths will also be in attendance!

                Our market will be open regular hours for Labor Day Weekend, Friday through Sunday from 11am-6pm.

                  Paper Yacht Challenge

                  So you think you can fold?

                  Join us as we celebrate at the Fanfare Fountain (along Harbor Boulevard at the Vincent Thomas Bridge). The Port of Los Angeles and PSOMAS is hosting a Paper Yacht Challenge on Thursday, September 12, from 4:30pm-7:30pm. There will be a fun paper yacht race plus plenty of crafts, live entertainment and refreshments for sale. Visit the CRAFTED booth at this event for fun tips about how to fold the perfect paper boat. Then let it sail at this fun, family-friendly afternoon!

                    Weekend Music: Aug 17-18

                    Great music lineup this weekend in our market! On Saturday, the electric blues band, The Silver Kings, are back for a second performance following the awesome Etsy Craft Party reception in June. Plus another bluesy filled Sunday afternoon.


                    Saturday, August 17 from 2-5:30pm

                    The Silver Kings play very traditional early Electric blues of the 40’s and early 50’s. Guitar, Stand up Bass, and Harmonica, suitcase bass drum make up the fantastic eclectic sound.






                    Sunday, August 18 from 2-5:30pm

                    Jodi Siegel was born in in Chicago, IL, and is a talented blues-guitarist that has opened for Albert King and Screaming Jay Hawkins. She incorporates her jazz, pop, and R&B influences into her unique performances.
