The Wallflower Chocolate Company is a small batch bean-to-bar chocolate producer located in the “Burbs of Los Angeles, California”. Bean-to-Bar meaning they source and import the cocoa beans, and then go through a multiple step production process which leads eventually to a delicious dark bar of chocolate. Led by certified Chocolate Maker and Chocolatier Gregg Seltzer, Wallflower makes three Dark and one Goat Milk Chocolate Bar as well as Chocolate Confections, such as bonbons and truffles for our guests with precision detail, craftsmanship, creativity, and beautiful simplicity.
