Jewelry Design  II: Wire Wrapping and Earring Design          

 Class Dates: Sunday, July 9, 11:30AM-1:30PM

Earrings can make an outfit, change your attitude, feel sexy, and show your style. In this 2^nd level class, you’ll lean how to wrap wire to create connecting links. These links will allow you to securely connect beads and components together as well as to  different earring findings. This is a wonderful technique for necklace and bracelet design as well.  (In Jewelry Making III this technique is used for creating mixed media pieces.) A variety of charms, glass beads, Czech glass, crystals, cultured sea glass and more, will be available to students for designing 2 pairs of earrings, all supplies included. Practical color theory along with visual design balance and assembly integrity are part of all Peggy’s classes. You’ll learn how to trust your style instinct and that anything goes!

This class is one, 2 hour session. Skill Level: All welcome, ages 15 and up. Cost: $45 with all supplies included, (focal pieces, heads pins, beads, earring wires). Please pre-register.
