An herbal tea ceremony – including a grounding exercise, a few types of hot herbal infused teas, intention setting, and information about each herb’s healing properties. You’ll go home with at-home recipes for herbal healing solutions and a bag of dried herbs, plus a goodie bag.

To boost immunity and release stress relating to this particular time of year, we’ve decided to put together a TEA PARTY to honor the plant medicines that lend their healing secrets to us. Join us for a tea ceremony led by Sunny Cimarron, and herbal healing remedies from Jade Dragon Apothecary.

We will start the day by setting an intention for the ceremony and getting to know one another. Then we will tune in to the plant spirits as we enjoy different kinds of hot herbal infusions, meditate on each plant, and write about each experience (journals provided).
You will leave with a new perception of plant wisdom, a journal to put it all into, herbal recipes & tips, and a bag of healing herbs to fit your needs
Healthy snacks will be provided but are also welcomed!
