Pound It, Paint It, Wrap It, Stamp It Workshop… Make stuff to make stuff!      

 Class Dates: Sunday, July 23, 11:30AM-4:00PM.

Take your jewelry design to the next level by creating some of your own, really wonderful, totally cool jewelry components. Pound or stamp out texture, patterns, and letters onto metal to make a pendant or bracelet focal. Create interest and play with color applying patina pastes or metal dyes. And just for the joy of it, make a couple of crazy colorful chrysalis beads using Sari strips or ribbon with wire and beads. When you’re done you’ll have some awesome pieces to use in your original designs with design ideas shared with you by Peggy. Also great stuff to use in Jewelry Design III, Mixed Media Design. Get funky with it! Practical color theory along with visual design balance and assembly integrity are part of all Peggy’s classes. You’ll learn how to trust your style instinct and that anything goes!
