Ten Thousand Villages
Ten Thousand Villages at CRAFTED at the Port of LA is part of the popular store of the same name in Redondo Beach, CA. We are a fair-trade retailer of home decor, personal accessories and gifts crafted by artisans from around the globe.
As one of the world’s oldest and largest fair-trade organizations, Ten Thousand Villages has spent more than 70 years cultivating our trading relationships. Artisans receive a fair price for their work, and consumers enjoy access to thousands of distinctive, hand-crafted items. We establish long-term buying relationships in places where skilled artisans are under- or unemployed and create meaningful opportunities for income.
We were founded in June 2014 by a group of friends wanting to make a difference. We are entirely run by volunteers who believe in our missions and spread knowledge to our customers. We want our customers to learn and feel good about the translation of vital fair income for hundreds of otherwise disadvantaged artisans from developing countries throughout the world.
First game of the season came with dinner at the Stadium Club, field level seats on the first baseline, and beating the Braves 11 to 2. Thank you James and Lori and happy birthday! #itfdb #dodgers #gododgers

Our sweet boy was killed by a coyote last night. 😿 I’m not really a cat person but Zero was the coolest. Marni found him outside the warehouse (back then, future Brouwerij) in 2014 and then she had a kitty friend. We bounced from Venice to Long Beach to San Pedro and eventually he decided @fubar.nation ‘s mom was his true person. When she died he disappeared for a few weeks and then came back. “I’ve decided to stay and delight you with my presence.” As well as many dead rodents and lizards. He had such a personality, for a cat. 💔 RIP Zero, you were my favorite…
